- 1 Bedroom Condominium: 850 square feet, sleeps 2-4 (1-2 queen beds, one sofa bed)
- 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condominium: 1100 square feet, sleeps 2-6 (king bed in the master, 1-2 queen beds in the second bedroom, one sofa bed in the living area (most units))
- 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Condominium Corner Unit: 1100 square feet, sleeps 2-6 (queen bed in the master, two beds in the second bedroom (two queens or one queen and a twin), one sofa bed (most units)
- 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condominium: 1100 square feet, sleeps 2-8 (King bed in the master, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, double in third bedroom (Must call for reservations. Not available online)
